The Next Chapter Project
A free 7-day Feng Shui experience
for women navigating career change
What if your home is still reflecting the chapter of your life that has already ended?
For seven days, I'll guide you through simple Feng Shui practices designed to help you let go of what was, reconnect with what you want and create space for what comes next.
No Zoom calls.
No career coaching.
No complicated Feng Shui.
Just a few minutes each day, delivered through Telegram.
No application. No selection. If this speaks to you, you are welcome.
You may be here because...
You’ve built years of experience, knowledge and capability.
And yet perhaps right now you are:
recovering from redundancy or an unexpected career change;
applying for roles and hearing very little back;
unsure whether you even want to return to the work you were doing before;
feeling less confident than you used to;
or simply wondering, what comes next?
You are probably already hearing plenty about CVs, LinkedIn, interviews and networking.
This isn't another programme about how to find a job.
Instead, we're going to look at something most career advice completely ignores:
the environment you're living in while you're trying to change your life.
Why Feng Shui?
Feng Shui explores the relationship between people and their environment.
Our homes often hold traces of previous stages of our lives — old paperwork, abandoned projects, clothes we no longer wear, objects connected to identities we've outgrown and spaces we barely notice anymore.
Over seven days we'll experiment with changing a few carefully chosen areas of your home while also changing the way you think about your next chapter.
This isn't about putting a lucky object in a corner and waiting for a job to appear.
It's about using your surroundings to support:
clarity → possibility → connection → action.
Every morning you'll receive a short message, audio or video in a private Telegram group.
Most days the exercise will take around 10–15 minutes.
You'll also receive two guided visualisations to use throughout the week:
Morning — step into the person you're becoming.
Evening — emotionally experience the next chapter you're creating.
Then each day we'll work through a different part of the process.
Day 1 — NOTICE
See your environment differently
Day 2 — RELEASE
Begin letting go of what belongs to the chapter that's ending.
Day 3 — CLARIFY
Explore what you actually want from whatever comes next.
Day 4 — CREATE
Make space for possibilities you may not have considered yet.
Day 5 — CONNECT
Explore support, people and opportunities beyond yourself.
Day 6 — ALIGN
Bring your environment and your intentions closer together.
Day 7 — STEP FORWARD
Bring everything together and choose what happens next.
How the 7 days work
Each day I'll also invite you to spend a few minutes mentally rehearsing what it could feel like to be living your next chapter.
Not simply picturing a new job.
We'll focus on the emotions underneath it:
feeling valued.
feeling useful.
feeling secure.
feeling confident.
feeling excited about your work again.
You'll receive a morning and evening guided recording to use throughout the seven days.
The idea isn't to sit at home visualising instead of taking action.
Quite the opposite.
We use the visualisation to connect with where we're going, and then take action from that place.
A phone compass.
A few minutes each day.
Telegram.
An open mind.
You don't need any Feng Shui knowledge.
You don't need to buy anything for your home.
What you will need
Why is The Next Chapter free?
I've been hearing so many stories from experienced women struggling to find their way back into work after redundancy or an unexpected career change.
I can't change the job market. I can't make employers recognise the years of experience, knowledge and talent they may be overlooking.
But I do know Feng Shui.
Why I created The Next Chapter Project
I am Zuzanna Konarska-Weetman, founder of The Feng Shui Wand.
Before becoming a Feng Shui practitioner, I worked in investment banking in Warsaw, Paris and London and later trained finance professionals around the world. My own career has moved through very different chapters, and I understand how closely our work can become connected to identity, confidence and the way we see ourselves.
I created The Next Chapter Project because I believe experienced women should not be made to feel that their knowledge, ambition or potential has expired.
Feng Shui cannot promise anyone a job or a particular outcome. What it can do is help us examine whether our surroundings support the direction we are trying to take, then create the clarity, intention and daily movement to take that direction seriously.
To benefit from the experience, please be willing to:
complete daily challenges
take practical action towards your professional next step
respect the privacy and experiences of other participants
offer feedback so I can understand what was useful and improve future versions
I will never publish your name, photographs, words or story without asking for your specific permission.
The group is not a space for unsolicited selling, private-message prospecting, recruitment schemes or guaranteed-outcome claims. Genuine opportunities, helpful introductions and respectful advice are welcome.
The project is free, but it will ask something from you
